About My Clients
I am open to seeing clients with a range of issues, including anxiety, PTSD, trauma, life transitions, grief, loss, and chronic illness, and children and families with special needs. I offer a present-centered eclectic approach tailored to the needs of each individual. I utilize active listening to meet desired goals/outcomes in a non-judgmental way. I value clients committed to healing, and self growth.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist with over twenty years experience, I have an array of tools and techniques incorporating, guided visualization, somatic healing, and art and writing techniques. I also, am a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher and include breath work and gentle movement within sessions. I am well versed in the polyvagal theory and approach clients in an intuitive reflective way, honoring the needs of each individual. I utilize a present centered humanistic approach.

I adhere to a humanistic spiritual perspective and approach life in a dynamic way who views the world in a way that acknowledges the unique individual as equal regardless of race, nationality, background, gender preference or interests.
