Our therapists specialize in treating a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, self-harm, sexual concerns, and couples. We are LGBTQIA-affirming in all aspects of practice and treat teens and adults. We utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed practices, mindfulness-based approaches, and other evidence-based treatments.
