My Background and Approach
My approach is integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and existential models to help clients navigate challenges, develop coping skills, and cultivate self-awareness. I particularly specialize in helping clients overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and non-judgment. Through active listening, empathetic understanding, use of resources and therapeutic tools, I empower clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, in a supportive space conducive to personal growth and healing and to develop coping strategies and skills that they will be able to use in everyday life far after the therapy relationship has concluded.
