My Background and Approach
I designed Beyond Overwhelm: The Live Values Journey which is a transformative program designed to empower individuals, particularly women, to navigate the challenges of anxiety and stress while fostering a deeper connection with their core values. Through a blend of evidence-based practices, including mindfulness techniques women learn to understand and manage their emotional responses effectively. This program offers a supportive community where participants can share experiences, gain insights, and develop lasting strategies for emotional regulation.
