I typically work with children, teens, and adults who have been impacted by neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and other life changes and challenges.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington who primarily focuses on neuroaffirming and trauma informed care. I am currently offering adult Autism/ADHD assessments. I approach therapy with a humanistic lens, creating the space for personal exploration. I find value in neuro-affirming care, collaborating ideas during sessions, asking self-reflective questions, while providing a space for growth and validation. I have lived experience with later-in life neurodivergent diagnosis and I understand the journey of embracing the journey of unmasking and celebrating differences. I offer a safe and informed space for the LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC communities.
