As a therapist, I specialize in supporting Latinx and minority individuals who are navigating trauma, complex family dynamics, relationship challenges, professional stress, and the unique experience of being a first-generation professional. Many of my clients carry the weight of unspoken expectations, cultural pressures, and feelings of disconnection or self-doubt.
My Background and Approach
I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your story, express your emotions authentically, and begin to shift negative beliefs about yourself. I integrate talk therapy with EMDR to help you process difficult experiences and internal narratives that no longer serve you. We also focus on building emotional awareness and relational skills so you can cultivate more authentic connections with yourself and others. In our first few sessions, you can expect to feel heard, seen, and truly validated. I’ve witnessed firsthand how trauma can be passed down through generations. My passion comes from a deep belief that healing our wounds not only benefits us but also impacts future generations, breaking harmful cycles and creating healthier, more resilient families
