As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and a National Certified Counselor, I bring over 14 years of experience helping adults navigate life’s challenges. My specialties include anxiety, relationship issues, stress, and self-esteem. In our work together, I’ll combine evidence-based approaches like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy with a calm, supportive presence.
