About My Clients
I work with individuals, children, couples, and families. If you are located in California, please feel welcome to email me and schedule an appointment.
My Background and Approach
My approach is tailored to your strengths and your needs. I primarily use CBT, DBT, and experiential approaches and often use this in combination with other treatment orientations. My approach works flexibly with clients of different cultural backgrounds by working with, not against, your identity, your values, and your experiences.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Welcome! I offer compassionate support through grief and life’s transitions, honoring each person’s unique story. Alongside grief, I also work with both teens and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or relationship concerns. These struggles can feel overwhelming and isolating, but therapy can provide a space to feel understood, supported, and empowered. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #138392), my approach is collaborative and flexible—I meet clients where they are and adjust my style to fit their needs. Sometimes that means offering gentle support and validation, while other times it means being more direct in exploring patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with experiential techniques, to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and make lasting changes in their lives.
