About My Clients

Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals or young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others. I also support those healing from trauma or looking to break unhealthy patterns rooted in their past. Whether you're facing burnout, struggling in your relationship, or simply want a space to figure things out, I offer a grounded, compassionate approach to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful change.

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed mental health therapist with a background in both law and counseling, which gives me a unique lens into high-stress professions, perfectionism, and identity struggles. I specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. I’ve worked with young adults, couples, and professionals who often feel like they have to "hold it all together" but are privately overwhelmed. In sessions, I blend evidence-based practices like CBT and ACT with psychodynamic insight and mindfulness, helping you better understand yourself while also offering practical tools to cope, communicate, and grow. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As both a therapist and a person, I believe in the power of authenticity, self-awareness, and social justice. I’m deeply passionate about creating inclusive, affirming spaces—especially for those who’ve felt unheard or misunderstood. I support LGBTQIA+ rights, racial justice, and mental health advocacy, and I’m committed to making therapy accessible and free of judgment. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the legal field, where I saw firsthand how stress, burnout, and lack of emotional support can take a toll. That experience shaped my belief that we all need a place to feel safe, reflect, and heal. Outside of work, I’m a parent, a partner, and someone who values connection, community, and meaningful growth.
