About My Clients
My specialty is anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues. These are changes that occur in life that cause us to struggle. I have successfully worked with people diagnosed with both mild and severe mental health issues. I am also certified to work with people with disabilities and community inclusion issues.
My Background and Approach
Has life been seeming harder lately? Relationship issues, family issues, work issues. "How can I make positive changes to make my life happier?" As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I can help with learning how to move forward. I believe in accepting people where they are in life and providing guidance for reduced anxiety and depression.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a caring therapist accepting people where they are at in life. Sometimes we find we need to talk to someone. Someone who can help find the root of an issue and help map out a path to solve the problems in a healthy way. I have been successful in this career and truly enjoy working with others along their path.
