About My Clients
We work with adults, teens, parents, and veterans seeking support for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, postpartum concerns, chronic illness, and life transitions. Many clients arrive feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally stuck and leave reporting greater confidence, stronger relationships, and reduced stress. We offer relational, trauma-informed therapy that supports nervous system regulation and lasting change.
My Background and Approach
At Living Tree Wellness Center, we provide trauma-informed, person-centered therapy that empowers adults, teens, parents, and veterans to create meaningful, lasting change. Our primary orientation is humanistic and client-centered, emphasizing empathy, collaboration, and respect for each person’s experience. We integrate evidence-based interventions tailored to your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP). Our trauma-sensitive approach supports nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and practical coping strategies. Our goal is to help you navigate life transitions, recover from trauma, manage anxiety or depression, and strengthen relationships—creating space for growth, resilience, and well-being outside the office.
