About My Clients
I provide services to those experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, and trauma. Together, we process past traumas and root causes of issues. My clients learn tools to build confidence and self-esteem, ultimately improving relationships with themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
I work collaboratively with my clients to significantly reduce negative symptoms and implement positive change in their lives. Through the use of CBT techniques, existential therapy and person-centered therapy approaches, I help my clients to gain self-awareness and insight into their thought processes, feelings, and behaviors.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I feel that everyone should be treated equally regardless of their background, sexual orientation, and ethnicity. I feel that people’s concerns should be heard and their feelings validated.
