In a warm, nonjudgmental space, we’ll explore what’s really going on, at your pace. Some days we’ll process and vent, other days focus on goals and insights. Therapy is shaped around your needs, helping you move forward with clarity and support.
My Background and Approach
Some days might look like a laid-back conversation where you just need to vent or process what’s on your mind while other days might be more focused and goal-oriented as we work toward specific changes or insights. Whatever you need that day, we’ll shape our time around it. My goal is to make therapy feel supportive and useful - a place where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, all with the goal of helping you move forward with more clarity and grace. Getting started with therapy can feel intimidating, and it’s completely normal to wonder where to begin or if someone will really get you.
