About My Clients
You’re motivated, emotionally intelligent, and highly self-aware, but OCD, Trauma, Social Anxiety and big emotions stop you from thriving. And you’re sick of it. You want to have interactions without intrusive thoughts getting in the way. You want to break cycles and heal from you and your family’s pasts. You want to find connection, and grow, and flourish. Sometimes all we need to heal and/or optimize is a little guidance.
My Background and Approach
Treating OCD and Trauma can be counter-intuitive, and finding ways to break through our fears to find and build connections with ourselves, others and our environment can be a little scary. That’s where I come in. We’ll identify your hopes for treatment, we’ll focus on learning- for you, about the difficulty and treatment, and for me, about you. Then we’ll get to it. Together. Maybe that's identifying your values and getting you on track with them, maybe it's emotion education and regulation practice, maybe it's exposure therapy (for OCD, Social Anxiety, Trauma, loneliness, etc.), or just taking time to process a major life transition.
