About My Clients
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, or struggles with addiction? Do you find yourself caught in cycles of worry, negative thoughts, unhealthy patterns, or feeling defeated? I understand how difficult it can be to navigate these challenges. I work with adults who are ready to explore their experiences, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change. Therapy can provide a safe, supportive space to heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate (LCSWA) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCASA) with experience supporting individuals navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and major life transitions. My background in behavioral health has allowed me to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and help them identify barriers, develop coping skills, and create lasting change. I specialize in using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can better understand yourself, overcome challenges, strengthen your coping skills, and work toward the life you want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person has a unique story, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel valued, respected, and understood. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey built on trust, compassion, and authenticity. My goal is to meet clients where they are while supporting them in recognizing their strengths, overcoming challenges, and creating meaningful change. I value providing culturally responsive, inclusive, and judgment-free care. I recognize that life experiences, relationships, identity, and personal circumstances shape how we navigate the world, and I approach each client with curiosity, empathy, and respect. Outside of my clinical work, I value continued learning, personal growth, and finding ways to support overall emotional wellness.
