About My Clients

Difficult life experiences can easily leave us feeling lost, alone, and trapped in cycles of stress. Whether you are avoiding conflict, facing deep burnout, or finding yourself turning to food or substances just to get through the day, I offer a warm, entirely judgment-free space to heal. Together, we will discover tailored techniques and coping skills that respect your pace and restore your sense of balance.

My Background and Approach

The more we escape our problems, the more disconnected we become from our needs, values, and true selves. My practice goes beyond traditional talk therapy; I take a deeply holistic approach that looks at how your mental health is shaped by daily lifestyle factors—including your nervous system regulation, stress levels, and how you nourish your brain. As a National Certified Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Health Psychology, I blend evidence-based frameworks like CBT and mindfulness to help you truly heal from the inside out. Throughout my career in behavioral health and residential settings, I have supported youth and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, self-harm, and the complex cycles of disordered eating and substance use. Whether you are trying to break free from old habits or learn how to properly care for your mind and body, I am here to help you build a practical, sustainable path forward.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe meaningful change happens when we slow down and pay attention to what’s happening beneath the surface. The patterns we struggle with—whether it's anxiety, feeling stuck, or turning to emotional eating—always develop for a reason; often, they start as a way to cope with discomfort or protect ourselves. Learning to listen to your body and understand how it communicates is essential for true healing. When you begin to recognize what your body is actually asking for—whether it’s comfort, acceptance, boundaries, or nourishment—you can gently adjust your life to meet those needs and naturally restore your balance.
