I believe that every person is a celebration of life—and that includes you. My goal is to help you recognize your unique strengths, discover what you have to offer the world, and, most importantly, learn to celebrate yourself. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person is a celebration of life—including you. My role is to help you recognize your strengths and learn to celebrate yourself. I believe resilience is built through connection. Born with a congenital heart defect and adopted as a child, I learned early what it means to navigate hardship with support. A compassionate doctor guided me through my own mental health journey, inspiring me to help others find healing, growth, and purpose. I believe healing happens in a warm, nonjudgmental space—but compassion alone isn't enough. Therapy should be solution-focused. With 40+ years of experience, I combine evidence-based techniques with genuine collaboration, always starting by building a relationship where you feel heard and understood. It would be an honor to walk this journey with you.
