My Background and Approach
I typically use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have over 20 years experience working with people in and out of a faith community. My approach is rooted in the belief that no one should go through difficult times alone. I have experience with individuals and couples/families both domestically and in various cultures around the world.
