I can help you identify and create solutions tailored to your specific relational needs, with these efforts being trauma-informed and affirming of your life. My approach to therapy is informed by research: we are deeply social beings who long for connection with the people we love most — especially in moments of crisis, when everything feels hopeless.
My Background and Approach
I hold an Ed.S graduate degree from the University of South Carolina, focused in marriage, couples and family therapy. Behind that I have decades of mediation and collaboration experience in high-stakes multi-party corporate negotiations.
