About My Clients

Anxiety can be overwhelming. At its worst, it can take over your mind and body, leaving you stuck endlessly replaying conversations at 2 a.m., physically exhausted with a mind that won't stop racing, or pulling away from people and activities you care about. I offer LGBTQ+ affirming, body-neutral, values-based care focused on helping you move forward and create real, meaningful change in your life.

My Background and Approach

I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, burnout, and major life transitions. My approach combines evidence-based therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you create real, lasting change. In therapy, you'll do more than just talk—you'll learn psychological skills that help you handle anxiety more effectively. You'll start making meaningful changes in your real life, not just inside the therapy room. We'll regularly track your progress to make sure therapy stays effective and aligned with your goals. Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and focused on building a life that is guided by your values. Your work in therapy will teach you to make decisions with more confidence, break free from anxious patterns, and reconnect with the people, activities, and values that matter most. Change can be hard, but you don’t have to do it alone.
