I have a background in CBT for Anxiety, which is a modality geared to assist children/adolescents with management of their anxiety that they may face and working collaboratively to manage the symptoms.

With over 7 years worth of experience of assisting children, adolescents, and families with management of ADHD symptoms. I will coordinate with schools and provide both child and families with the skills necessary to manage their symptoms. With a certification in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), which is for 2-7 year old's that may display anger/aggression, ADHD symptoms, and oppositional to commands. PCIT is an evidenced based model, which yields high success when utilized.

With certifications in both PCIT and PCIT-T, your 0-7 year old with managing their emotions, ability to self-regulate, listen/comply quicker, and decreasing the intensity/duration of emotional outbursts through parent coaching of skills.

With trainings in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), you can expect to reach a point of stability with understanding trauma, building coping skills, recognizing emotions, and working through thought patterns prior to addressing/processing your traumatic experience in a safe and therapeutic way.

With CBT, you and/or your child with learn the skills necessary to manage their emotions and work through their thought patterns in a safe and therapeutic way.
