About My Clients
The clients that I often work with are interested in doing deeper therapeutic work. They are tired of traditional talk therapy and are seeking therapy that offers deeper insights and healing. They know the value of doing the deeper work and are willing to explore how their past, trauma and pain are impacting their daily lives.
My Background and Approach
Throughout my practice, I've grown to appreciate the tremendous strength and courage my clients bring to this work. In tandem with these traits, I use a mindfulness approach to my work that incorporates EMDR and Hypnotherapy in a way that gently and powerfully supports healing, growth and transformation. I'm holistically oriented and believe on nurturing the whole self as a part of the therapeutic process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You have everything within you already! I see my role as a guide helping clients to re-discover these truths! I believe that the work I do with clients helps them to unlock their potential and to clear out the barriers and limiting beliefs that impact their ability to connect to these truths more fully.
