You might be facing stress in relationships, loss, grief, trauma, uncertainty or feel lost. No matter what you are facing, you can find support. You have already taken a big step by reaching out and that shows an immense amount of strength. Life is full of change, challenges and the unexpected, therapy can be a tool to help you. I utilize a strengths perspective in my work. This means that I believe you have an innate strength and can overcome your struggles. I also believe you are the expert.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics and in many different settings. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, interpersonal conflicts and loss. This is your treatment and my goal is to help you with whatever you bring into therapy, while providing a supportive and healing environment .
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we can all overcome our struggles, challenges or life circumstances. I am a member of the LGBT community and have a physical disability. I have a passion for supporting those that have unique experiences.
