I have found that my approach to therapy is a good fit for adults who are open to challenging themselves and deeply exploring their thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors. I have experience helping people navigate anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, stress, grief and more.
My Background and Approach
The foundation for everything I do is client-centered with the understanding that you are the expert on yourself. Like most therapists, my approach is eclectic and I have training and experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Existential Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
