My Background and Approach
I hold a Master of Arts degree in Psychology and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Sexologist & Certified Authentic Tantra ® Practitioner in Seattle, Washington, offering various services via my private practice Sol Catalyst Therapies. My personal cosmology, life experiences, education, training, and spiritual practices initiated, support and inform my passion for weaving methods of psychotherapy with sacred archetypal languages and practices & as such I frequently implement techniques of; Humanistic, Depth, and Jungian Psychology, Trauma-Informed and Somatic Therapies, Shadow Integration, Evidence-based Mind/Body Meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping, Chakra Yoga, Astrology, Tarot, and Tibetan 5 Element Tantra.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I perceived my intuitive, empathic, & humanitarian skills at an early age while also experiencing epiphanies with regard to the potency of sound, image, ritual, spirituality & interpersonal exchanges. These traits led to me working as a recording & touring musician, studying, producing & collecting artwork & consciously initiating my own healing with personal spiritual exploration & practices involving Astrology, Tarot, multiple forms of Yoga, Chakra System & Shadow Work & Tibetan Tantra, as well as becoming a therapist, consultant & instructor. For the benefit of all sentient beings, I work on my evolutionary journey daily, with regard to psychological, somatic, emotional, inter-relational, & spiritual growth, calibration & expression. I believe this path supports my ability to craft and sustain effective & potent therapeutic, consultative & instructive processes, & I also continue to broaden my skills as a practitioner via education, training and experience in various therapies.
