About My Clients
Hey, I see you. You’ve been holding it together for a long time—functioning, achieving, even excelling in some areas of life. But inside, it’s exhausting. Maybe your relationships feel complicated, or you’re stuck in old patterns that you know aren’t serving you, but you can’t seem to break free. Maybe anxiety is always running in the background, making even small decisions feel heavier than they should. Or life just threw you a curveball, and suddenly, everything feels unsteady.
My Background and Approach
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—because you’re not broken. It’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level, making sense of the past so it stops running the show, and learning how to move forward in a way that feels authentic and aligned. It’s about untangling the knots that keep you stuck and figuring out what you actually want, not just what you’ve been told you should want. I get that humor can be a lifeline, and this space is one where you can bring your whole self—messy thoughts, complicated feelings, and all. Together, we’ll dig into the hard stuff, but we’ll also find moments of relief, insight, and maybe even laughter along the way. You don’t have to keep running on autopilot. If you’re ready to start making real, lasting changes, I’m here.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy should be real and relatable. I prioritize a down to earth, conversational approach where clients feels comfortable being themselves. I recognize that humor can be a powerful way to process pain and navigate difficult situations. I integrate evidenced based techniques such as CBT, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care but I also believe that therapy doesn't need to be overly clinical and forced. I meet the person where they are at and help them move forward.
