About My Clients

Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself? Maybe you’re constantly overthinking, struggling with self-worth, or trying to figure out what you actually want from life. You might be navigating a major transition, relationship struggles, body image, disordered eating, substance use, or simply feeling like you’ve lost your sense of direction. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself & build a life that feels like your own.

My Background and Approach

My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t exactly a straight line. My own experiences with disordered eating, addiction, body image, and tying so much of my identity to achievement led me to spend a lot of time asking bigger questions about who I was, what actually mattered to me, and what it meant to live a life that felt good from the inside out. Those experiences eventually led me to counseling, where I found a way to combine my passion for wellness, relationships, & understanding the human experience. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a place where you’re judged or given a list of things to “fix.” My approach is warm, collaborative, curious, & practical. I draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and parts & somatic work. I want to help you understand the patterns that keep you stuck, reconnect with yourself, & figure out what you actually want your life to look like.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m a big believer in the mind-body connection and in creating a life that feels juicy and joyful from the inside out. Outside of the therapy room, you’ll usually find me strength training, getting outside, walking my dog, cooking, trying a new coffee shop, or convincing myself that I absolutely need fresh flowers every Sunday. I love deep conversations, a good laugh, being in nature, and anything that helps us slow down and actually be present for our lives. I’m also passionate about wellness, movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and exploring the connection between our thoughts, emotions, bodies, and behaviors. I’m interested in helping people create lives that feel meaningful, connected, and genuinely theirs. Sometimes that means doing the deep work, and sometimes it means getting outside, taking a breath, and eating the pumpkin bread.
