About My Clients
My clients bring a diverse background of experiences and life patterns. I work closely with the LGBTQIA community, helping individuals explore and understand their sexuality. I also provide compassionate and comprehensive therapy for individuals navigating fertility challenges, perinatal mental health, and postpartum support.
My Background and Approach
I am a psychotherapist and Licensed Social Worker, holding a Master’s degree in Social Services from Bryn Mawr College. Although my credentials are valuable, I believe my life experiences provide the greatest means of understanding myself and others. I have found gratitude through loss, strength through challenge, and hope through vulnerability. My experiences have afforded me a variety of interconnected identities: in my practice, I draw directly from my roles as a woman, a mother, a partner, a daughter, a friend, a student, and a change-maker. Our identities impact our experiences and construct our realities. Feelings are real but they’re not always factual; we have the power to shift our direction. Pain often allows us to love more and stress sometimes leads to new pathways of success and growth. I am inspired to help people reframe their thinking to live their most purposeful and best lives.
