I received my bachelor’s degree from Drake University in Psychology. I enjoyed Drake University so much, I decided to stay and pursued my Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been working within the mental health community since 2015 working with complex trauma, attachment wounds, relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, and more.
In 2015, I started within the juvenile delinquent system and was involved with treatment with offenders, crime victims, and victims of sex trafficking. I am a Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) Trainer trained by Girls Educational & Mentoring Services (GEMS) in New York and from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.
Whether you are struggling with the different issues surrounding our lives or unsure about the future, I can help guide you through these undesired feelings. I am passionate about this work because I get it. You no longer need to struggle alone.
