My Background and Approach
I have experience working with adults and adolescents in outpatient, residential, and behavioral health settings, which has led me to working directly with those experiencing some of life's greatest challenges. I utilize person-centered approaches, Strength-Based Therapy, and mindfulness techniques when working together in session.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I truly believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important piece of therapy, and I am passionate about approaching each and every session free of judgment and with a space for healing and growth. We are all unique and should be honored as such. I'm an active member of the LGBTQ community, a supporter of the Black Lives Matter movement, and I make it my mission to honor the spectrum of humanity that make us all special and deserving of love.
