About My Clients
My ideal client is someone who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain—but is open to growth and curious about change. You might be navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, or life transitions. You don’t have to have everything figured out—you just have to be willing to show up. I work well with clients who are ready to reflect, ask questions, and take small, meaningful steps toward healing and self-understanding.
My Background and Approach
I received my master degree in Social Work from New York University; My background includes working in both hospice care and individual therapy, which has shaped my deeply compassionate, human-centered approach. In hospice settings, I had the honor of supporting individuals and families through grief, end-of-life transitions, and meaning-making during incredibly vulnerable moments. In individual therapy, I’ve worked with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Across both settings, I’ve learned the value of presence, empathy, and holding space for people wherever they are in My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, which means I see you as the expert of your own life. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I’ll listen with empathy, reflect with care, and support you in making sense of your experiences—always honoring your autonomy and inner wisdom.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a therapist who believes in meeting people where they are—with compassion, curiosity, and honesty. I offer a safe, supportive space where you don’t have to have it all together. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’ll walk alongside you as you work through challenges, discover new insights, and build the tools you need to move forward.
