About My Clients

I provide therapy for lesbian and queer women navigating social anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. As a lesbian therapist, I understand loving women—from coming out (whether at 15 or 50) to building chosen family in a world that often overlooks us. You don't have to translate your life or explain your love. Whether you're seeking support for a specific concern or looking to develop deeper self-awareness, I'm here to help you emerge, belong, and thrive.

My Background and Approach

I specialize in supporting clients navigating the unique landscape of loving women—whether you're processing years of compulsory heterosexuality or finding your place in queer community after feeling invisible for so long. My approach is affirming, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can show up authentically without translating your experience. I help you uncover the internalized messages that may be limiting your self-acceptance and build practical tools for confidence, resilience, and genuine connection—to yourself, your partner, and your community. Whether you're questioning your identity, healing from family rejection or societal erasure, navigating the complexities of lesbian relationships, or learning to fully embrace your truth after years of hiding, my goal is to walk alongside you as you emerge into the fullest, most authentic version of yourself. You deserve a therapist who already gets it—and that's what I offer.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m deeply committed to creating inclusive, affirming spaces where LGBTQIA+ individuals feel seen, valued, and supported. I believe therapy is not just about coping—it’s about cultivating self-compassion, reclaiming your voice, and finding the freedom to live authentically. My work is guided by social justice values and a belief in the transformative power of representation and visibility. I’m passionate about empowering queer and marginalized communities, advocating for mental health awareness, and challenging stigma wherever it shows up. Outside of my practice, I stay connected to the community by supporting organizations that promote equity, safety, and belonging for all. I want my clients to know that they don’t have to shrink themselves to be accepted—here, all parts of who you are are welcomed and celebrated.
