About My Clients

I work with college students, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. Whether you’re adjusting to college, starting a career, navigating relationships, exploring your identity, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I offer a supportive space to work through challenges, build confidence.

My Background and Approach

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. We’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and experiences influence the way you feel and respond to challenges. Together, we’ll work on recognizing patterns that may be keeping you stuck, developing healthier ways of thinking and coping, and helping you feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership built on trust, compassion, and authenticity. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, build confidence, and develop practical tools you can carry into everyday life. I am LGBTQ+ allied and strive to create an inclusive and affirming environment for every client.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and accepted for who they are. As someone who identifies as bisexual, creating an inclusive and affirming space is especially meaningful to me. I value authenticity, compassion, and meeting people where they are without judgment. I’m passionate about supporting clients through periods of change and uncertainty, particularly young adults navigating relationships, identity, careers, and other life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, explore what matters to you, and feel supported as you work toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic to you.
