Therapy can help reduce anxiety and depression and help your child find a different path and more healthier coping skills.
My Background and Approach
I am passionate about helping children and women, and I am excited about the possibility of working with you. I worked for over 15 years the school setting prior as a a teacher and a school counselor. Also, I have worked with various populations of children, teens, and women from diverse backgrounds. I use EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness technques that are culturally informed and person centered. I believe that quality mental health is critical during these stressful times.
