Therapy can help reduce anxiety and depression and help your child find a different path and more healthier coping skills.
My Background and Approach
I am passionate about helping children and women, and I am excited about the possibility of working with you. I am a LPC with over 10 years experience working in the mental health field. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked for over 15 years the school setting prior as a a teacher and a school counselor. Also, I have worked with various populations of children, teens, and women from diverse backgrounds. I use researched based modalities and techniques that are culturally informed and person centered. I believe that quality mental health is critical during these stressful times. Currently in this pandemic, I feel that everyone has been affected in some way and would benefit from extra support.
