My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I take a warm, collaborative approach. I believe building a strong therapy relationship is essential to create change. I use a blend of techniques to best fit your needs, including emotion and attachment-focused approaches, mindfulness-based strategies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other approaches. Emotions play a huge part in our daily lives and tell us what we need or are missing. Together, we can discover these. We will work together to discover your values, goals, and how we can achieve them.

I think it is so important to take a trauma-informed approach to therapy. I believe it is my job to help you uncover what is most meaningful for you.
