As difficult as it can be to talk about our struggles, I believe that people can heal and live fuller lives. Using warmth, genuine curiosity, clinical training and diverse experiences, I help my clients create a holistic plan unique to their needs. I enjoy working with men, women and non-binary individuals and couples facing a myriad of challenges, including relationships, difficult emotions such as hopelessness and anxiety, multicultural identities or work-life balance. I have connected with individuals from various walks of life by paying close attention and magnifying their human strengths as points of growth. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
