About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I specialize with individuals that struggle with Anxiety, Depression, and Complex Trauma disorders. I tailor my treatment approach in order to meet my unique client's needs and goals, while fostering collaboration, compassion, and empowerment. During our initial sessions, we will discuss the issues at hand and why they are impacting your life. I will provide individualized treatment recommendations to address issues in ways that feels safe at your own pace. Most of my clients see a gradual decrease in their symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have worked in a variety of settings, including, non-profit organizations, community clinic agencies, schools, and private practice. I have a passion for working with marginalized groups and breaking the stigma of mental health in our culture. My priority is to meet my clients where they are at in their treatment. Therapy can be challenging and requires a collaborative and empowering hand to create change. I carefully select elements from different therapies to best serve you. I believe that everyone deserves the best available therapy out there with the latest research.
