My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work degree and extensive experience supporting clients through life’s challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, blending evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Skills, and Psychoeducation. I work closely with clients to improve coping skills, address thought patterns that cause distress, and develop strategies that enhance resilience, self-esteem, and emotional balance.
