I focus on being authentic and creating a therapeutic relationship that makes you feel safe to share and work through your troubles. I bring creativity and psycho-education to my therapy sessions. My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style is person-centered and trauma-informed. I use an integrated approach. I use primarily CBT, DBT, CT-R, and Motivational Interviewing. I am currently incorporating IFS, EFT, and ACT. My former clients have called my practice engaging, effective, and goal-oriented. I could be described as compassionate, flexible, and understanding.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be non-judgmental and accepting of all. Everyone deserves feel safe enough to share their faults, weaknesses, and dark thoughts without fear of judgement or discrimination. We can work together to understand why these qualities and thoughts started and how to get through them.
