About My Clients
If you find yourself struggling with trauma, anxiety, or personal identity on a grand scale, or stress and worry on a day to day basis, I am here to help you find your strength, define your meaning, and overcome your obstacles. This counseling relationship is an experienced, safe space for individuals with disabilities, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and all cultural backgrounds. This is also a welcoming space for couples and children/adolescents.
My Background and Approach
I am a graduate level clinician with a BA in psychology. I am supervised by a licensed clinician, but am able to maintain independent counseling relationships with my clients. By utilizing evidence-based practices in conjunction with mindfulness and holistic care, my professional goal is to help each client realize, define, and achieve their goals of healing and growth. I firmly believe that everybody is unique, and exploring clients' strengths, wants, and needs can lead to significant, meaningful change. I also have education and experience working with neurodiverse adults and children, and constantly strive to make my counseling practice one that is accessible and welcoming to all.
