My spiritual specialty in clinical therapy for trauma, integrates clients’ spiritual beliefs and practices into the healing process. I honor diverse worldviews, address existential questions, and use spiritual resources to support resilience, meaning-making, and emotional recovery after traumatic experiences.

My trauma specialty helps people heal from distressing experiences like abuse, chronic alienation or disaster. I use methods such as EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to process traumatic memories, manage emotions, and strengthen coping skills, fostering resilience and lasting emotional recovery.

With a clinical specialty in historical and generational trauma, I address wounds passed through families and cultures due to events like war, displacement, or systemic oppression. I hope to guide clients in exploring inherited pain, using approaches such as trauma-focused CBT, EMDR, IFS, and DBT to process complex emotions, break harmful cycles, and foster resilience across generations for lasting healing.

Certified in DBT since 2014, I have over a decade of experience applying its skills to individuals facing addiction, trauma, abuse, anxiety, and depressive disorders. Through mindfulness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance, I help clients build resilience, develop adaptive coping strategies, and foster long-term emotional growth in a supportive, evidence-based therapeutic environment.

Through extensive training in Ego State Therapy and Internal Family Systems, I have helped clients create positive self and world views. I work with individuals to explore and get to know the various parts within their internal system, assist them in building harmonious relationships among these parts, and incorporate imagery to increase self-awareness and understanding. Engaging with their inner experiences in this way often leads my clients to greater happiness and confidence.

Having personally achieved successful resolution through EMDR, I became certified in 2020. I have been consistently guided by principles rooted in EMDR protocols. EMDR, as a structured and phase-wise approach, has provided a reliable framework for my work. Over time, I have found that by expanding and intensifying its protocols, the positive impacts have become even more pronounced.
