My Background and Approach
You don't have to face these challenges alone. My specialties include: anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, grief counseling, marriage and couples counseling, and teen counseling. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy. This means I may use one or more modalities (CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic) depending on what will work best for you.
