About My Clients
As individuals we never stop growing or developing. Sometimes life gets the best of us and we get stuck. Are you struggling with constant worry and fear of something bad happening? My Background and Approach
I have over 15 years of clinical experience. I have treated patients with eating disorders and their families in all levels of care for over 10 years. I have also worked extensively with teens and their families strengthening their relationships. I provide individual counseling to older adolescents and adults, as well as couples counseling. I also provide treatment for eating disorders or therapy and support to those who have a loved one struggling with an eating disorder. As a clinician, my goal is to provide a safe space to process your thoughts and emotions without judgement and to develop coping strategies to move forward independently. A collaborative approach is used to accommodate your needs. I often implement existential and person-centered approach, CBT, DBT, ACT, solution focused, exposure and family therapy.
