About My Clients
My ideal clients are individuals and couples navigating dating, premarital concerns, marriage, communication struggles, affair recovery, or betrayal. They often come to therapy feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Using Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I identify unhelpful patterns, clarify goals, and build stronger emotional connection. My Background and Approach
I help individuals, couples, and families strengthen relationships, heal from betrayal, and navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, divorce, and life transitions. My focus is on interpersonal relationships: dating, premarital counseling, marriage, etc. Affair recovery and betrayal is a specialty. I use Gottman's research-based approach and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen relationships. Couples complete a brief online assessment to quickly identify areas of focus and make the most of our sessions. Life transitions can be both exciting and overwhelming. I meet my clients where they are, online or in-person, helping build self-awareness, improve communication, and navigate challenges with confidence.
