About My Clients
I like to support clients that are going through challenging transitions in their lives. They feel overwhelmed and paralyzed. I like to give them options and support for who they are in their lives currently. This can be transitioning to college life, first time parent, a separation, unemployment, menopause, or challenges with aging or caregiving. It's easy to feel lost in these moments, and it can be a defining moment that feels amazing coming out on the other side of this growth cycle.
My Background and Approach
I am a great intuitive listener that picks up on so much more than your words. You will feel comfortable in my office to speak freely and safely. It will feel like you're speaking to your closest friend, only this one is objective, direct, warm and tells you what you need to be aware of. Speaking with me will bring so much relief after our first session. All my clients say this and feel hopeful when leaving the first appointment. You don't need to do this alone. You can also take away many new ways to cope and view your life options. That will be empowering and motivating to help you blossom.
