My Background and Approach
My approach to psychotherapy is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also incorporate motivational interviewing to support meaningful change, helping you gain insight, build coping skills, and move toward lasting emotional well-being. I've had the privilege of earning my degree and certification from Frodham University and have almost 10 years of valuable knowledge and experience to apply to your needs. Together, we will practice new tools and skills to transform your life.

I tailor treatment to your strengths, values, and lived experience, and understand that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. Taking this first step is an investment in your mental health and well-being. Growing up as a first-generation American has given me a plethora of insight and interest to encourage others to embrace who they are for the better and take pride in where they've come from.
