With over 10 years of experience in cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and dialectical-behavioral approaches, I help people manage anxiety, stress, trauma, and burnout. My goal is to support you in getting curious about your experience and leaning into your emotions to build healthy relationships, stronger self-esteem, and a life worth living.
