Life can be overwhelming, especially when you feel stuck or disconnected. Many of my clients often struggle in relationships, navigating life transitions, or painful past memories.
My Background and Approach
My background is Marriage and Family therapy and I have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma and other mental health disorders. My approach can be client centered, evidenced based practice and relationally focused. I often work with clients on topics like relationships, attachment, past trauma, exploring gender/sexuality or career development.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In therapy, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space to explore whatever is getting in the way. My approach is collaborative, authentic with a touch of humor to make even the toughest conversations feel more at ease. We will build on your strengths and discover your path together.
