About My Clients
I support late-diagnosed autistic women who feel both relief and grief as things begin to make sense. You might be exhausted from masking, unsure of your needs, or questioning your identity. This is a space to slow down, be human, and not have to perform. Together, we’ll untangle your story, process what’s been missed, and help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with late diagnosed autistic women navigating identity, burnout, and years of masking. My approach is rooted in compassion and curiosity. My job is to deeply understand you, not rush you or reduce you to symptoms. Many of my clients have spent their lives feeling misunderstood or unseen. As someone who is also neurodivergent, I bring both clinical training and lived understanding into the room. Together, we take the time to explore your inner world, make sense of your experiences, and build a life that feels more aligned, sustainable, and truly yours.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I genuinely love being a therapist because it gives me the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life. I’m endlessly curious about how others experience the world, and I feel honored to be invited into people’s stories. I value openness, humility, and the belief that there is no one “right” way to be human. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, affirming, and deeply respectful of who you are. Outside of my work, compassion is something I try to live out daily. I am vegan and do my best to honor and respect all living beings. I care deeply about the environment, climate justice, and human rights, and these values naturally shape how I show up both in and out of the therapy room. At the core of it all, I believe in meeting people with kindness, curiosity, and a genuine respect for their lived experience.
