About My Clients
I am comfortable working with all clients regardless of age, relationship status, beliefs, or sexual/gender identity. I am trained to address trauma , anxiety, depression, emotional disregulation and reactivity, and systemic family issues.
My Background and Approach
I received a BA in Psychology at Indiana University and an M.Ed in Mental Health Counseling at George Mason University. I completed certification training in Structural Family Therapy at the Family Therapy Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. My style is non-judgmental and open to working with clients on their own terms in order to activate healing.
